All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph03 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ph03 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. ph03 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and payment methods. These limits are displayed within your ph03 account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier. ph03 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
ph03 is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ph03 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR as required by law. Players must not use ph03 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
ph03 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ph03 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated account — if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
ph03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or withdrawn from players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
All ph03 casino games that use automated outcomes — including slots, virtual table games, and number-draw games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, ph03 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. ph03 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
ph03 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play, particularly in live dealer games where disconnection may result in an open bet being settled according to the game outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph03's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your ph03 account at the time the claim arises.
ph03 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if ph03 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some games available on ph03 are provided by third-party game developers. ph03 is not responsible for the content, functionality, or availability of third-party games beyond what is within our reasonable control. Any disputes relating specifically to a third-party game's mechanics or outcomes will be referred to the relevant game provider.

ph03 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints regarding the fairness of games or the conduct of ph03 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph03, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
